The K53350 Stainless Steel Cheese Press includes a perforated mould cylinder. This allows for the easy removal of cheese from the press once the cheesemaking process has been completed. A stainless steel follower is also provided for the hygienic pressing of cheese. Rubber feet are attached to the bottom. These ensure the unit does not slip and also prevents scratching of surfaces.
